Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using TheRajSMM website, account, payment facilities and services.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://therajsmm.com/, your account, payment facilities and social media marketing-related services.
By creating an account, placing an order, adding funds or using a service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use of TheRajSMM.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
TheRajSMM is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. You must not create an account, add funds, place an order or use our services if you are under 18. Parent or guardian permission does not create an exception to this age requirement.
By registering or using the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the website and enter into applicable agreements under the laws that apply to you.
You must provide accurate and reasonably complete information and must not knowingly provide false, misleading, fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised information. A user may create multiple accounts using different account details, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Accounts created using fraudulent, stolen, unauthorised or materially misleading information may be restricted, suspended or terminated.
We do not currently operate a technical age-verification system. The age statement in these Terms is a user requirement and is not a representation that we independently verify every user's age. We may take reasonable steps to review a credible report or indication that an account holder is under 18, including restricting access while reviewing the matter.
3. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of TheRajSMM is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed and otherwise processed.
Acceptance of these Terms is separate from any consent required for personal-data processing. Where consent is the applicable basis for processing, it must be requested through a clear and separate mechanism. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these Terms.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for activities performed through your account unless unauthorised access has been properly reported to TheRajSMM.
Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. Users may share or transfer account credentials to another person at their discretion where such transfer is permitted by TheRajSMM. Once credentials have intentionally been shared, we cannot guarantee responsibility for actions performed by the recipient.
Do not share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, recovery codes or other sensitive credentials with TheRajSMM unless an officially documented feature specifically requires such information.
5. Services Offered
TheRajSMM provides social media marketing-related services for third-party platforms, which may include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp Channels, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms or services listed on the website.
Available services, prices, delivery speeds, refill options, cancellation options, limits and other characteristics may vary from one service to another. Check the service description before placing an order.
6. Service Delivery
Delivery times displayed on TheRajSMM are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise. Delivery may be affected by provider availability, third-party platform changes, technical issues, demand, maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee an exact start time, completion time, delivery speed or final result unless specifically stated on the relevant service. We aim to deliver the service described, but service characteristics may change when reasonably necessary to fulfil an order.
Third-party platform updates can affect delivery, counts, engagement and refill availability. We cannot guarantee that followers, likes, views or other metrics will remain unchanged after delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation availability depends on the service selected. Not every service supports cancellation after an order has been placed or started. If cancellation is available, it is subject to the relevant service and provider conditions and our Refund Policy.
8. Correct Username, URL and Order Information
You are responsible for entering the correct username, profile URL, post URL, channel URL or other required information. If you submit an incorrect username or URL, contact support as soon as possible if the order has not started.
If the provider automatically cancels an order because of an incorrect link or unavailable target, the applicable amount may be returned according to the provider result and Refund Policy. If the provider marks an order as completed despite an incorrect username, URL or target, a refund may generally not be available. Verify all order information before submitting an order.
9. Private Accounts and Restricted Targets
You are responsible for ensuring that the target account, post, channel or profile meets the selected service requirements.
If a private or restricted target causes the provider to automatically cancel an order, the applicable amount may be returned according to the provider result and Refund Policy. If the provider marks the order as completed despite the target being private, restricted, unavailable or unsuitable, a refund may generally not be available.
10. Duplicate Orders
Do not place multiple orders for the same target while an earlier order for that target is still processing or incomplete unless the selected service specifically allows it. Simultaneous orders can interfere with starting counts, tracking, provider processing and completion status. Check the status of an existing order before placing another order for the same target.
11. Refill Policy
Refill availability depends on the selected service. Not every service includes a refill option. Refill duration and eligibility may vary by service and provider, and a refill is not guaranteed in every situation even where a service lists refill protection.
12. Payment and Account Balance
You may add funds using payment methods made available on the website, which may include Bharat Pay or other supported methods. If a payment succeeds but the balance is not credited, contact support and provide the relevant transaction information.
Account balance does not normally expire unless stated for a particular balance, promotion or service. Added account balance is not withdrawable as cash unless expressly permitted by TheRajSMM or required by applicable law. Subject to applicable rules, support approval and availability of the facility, balance may be transferred between TheRajSMM accounts.
13. Prohibited Activities
You must not use TheRajSMM for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, harmful or unauthorised purposes, including:
- Fraudulent activity or fake payment proofs
- Abuse of customer support
- Illegal content or activities, scams or fraudulent promotions
- Hacking, phishing, spam or abusive automated activity
- Harassment or copyright-infringing activities
- Adult or illegal content where prohibited by law or the relevant platform
- Attempts to compromise or disrupt our systems
- Use of stolen or unauthorised account information
- Attempts to access another user's account or personal information
- Submitting fraudulent information or abusing privacy/data-request mechanisms
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or orders involved in prohibited activities.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, hold or terminate an account or order where reasonably necessary, including for fraud, violations of these Terms, support abuse, suspicious activity, unauthorised use, order manipulation, illegal activity or security concerns. We may temporarily hold an order while investigating unusual activity.
If we identify credible information that an account holder is under 18, we may restrict the account while reviewing the information and may close the account if the age requirement is not met. Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account closure does not necessarily mean all records are immediately deleted where retention is legally required or otherwise permitted.
15. Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, failed or partial orders, incorrect targets and other refund matters are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Review it before placing an order.
Where a refund is approved, its method and form are determined by the Refund Policy, the payment method and applicable law. Account credits or refunds remain subject to those rules. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, deposits are not returned to a UPI ID or bank account.
16. Third-Party Platforms
TheRajSMM provides independent social media marketing-related services involving third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.
Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, algorithms, rules and enforcement procedures. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those platforms complies with their applicable rules.
17. Platform Changes and Service Results
Third-party platforms may change their algorithms, APIs, policies, security systems, features, restrictions or technical processes at any time. We cannot guarantee that those platforms will maintain the same visibility, engagement, reach, account status or other results after an order has been delivered.
We are not responsible for third-party actions such as account restrictions, suspensions, bans, deleted content, reduced reach, metric changes, algorithm changes, API changes or service interruptions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Service Availability
We aim to keep TheRajSMM available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting or provider problems, technical failures, security events, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheRajSMM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or third-party losses arising from use of our services, including losses resulting from third-party platform actions or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, logos, design elements, text, graphics, software and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
21. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected through TheRajSMM is handled according to our Privacy Policy. It explains the categories of personal data, purposes of processing, third-party processing, retention, security, privacy requests and applicable rights.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will take the required steps.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts legally competent to hear them.
