If a private or restricted target causes the provider to automatically cancel an order, the applicable amount may be returned according to the provider result and refund rules.

If the provider marks the order as completed despite the target being private, restricted, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable, a refund may generally not be available.

9. Duplicate Orders

Customers should not place multiple orders for the same target while an earlier order for that target is still processing or incomplete unless the selected service specifically allows it.

Customers are responsible for checking the status of an existing order before placing another order for the same target.

Refill availability depends entirely on the service selected by the customer.

Not every service includes a refill option.

Refill duration and eligibility may vary between services and providers.

Even when a customer selects a service that includes a refill option, a refill is not guaranteed in every situation and may depend on provider availability and the specific service conditions.

Account balance does not normally expire.
